Highland Parks 25 Year Old 2022 Release has been created from just 12 casks – five first-fill sherry seasoned European oak hogsheads, two first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and five virgin (unseasoned) American oak hogsheads.

Naturally dark golden in colour, this is a complex and spicy single malt Scotch whisky, opening with intriguing aromas of sweet coconut and honeyed violet, underpinned by warm, woody spices. Flavours of exotic lychee and sun-drenched Seville oranges follow, with hints of oak-smoked coconut and heather-rich peat. Sweet and spicy at the end, you’ll discover a suggestion of aniseed, fresh rosemary and gentle lingering peat smoke.
